DG Renewed Hope Independent Support Groups Committee Mourns as Olubadan of Ibadanland Passes on at 82

The Founder and Director General of Renewed Hope Independent Support Groups Committee (RIC), Hajia Asmau Sulayman-Adeyemi, has commiserated the demise of the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Mohood Olalekan Ishola Alli Balogun Okunmade II, who joined his ancestors Thursday night.

Hajia Asmau Sulayman-Adeyemi, in a condolence statement on Saturday, noted that the death of the revered monarch is heartbreaking, noting that his legacies will forever be remembered.

She emphasized that the people will forever remember Olubadan's wisdom and dedication to the progress of Ibadan, as he led with a commitment to unity and development.

“On behalf of the Renewed Hope Independent Support Groups Committee, I extend my deepest condolences to the family and people of Ibadan on the passing of the Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Mohood Olalekan Ishola Alli Balogun Okunmade II. His loss is truly heartbreaking, and his legacy will forever be remembered.
